Franklin Manor was mid-refresh on their 13-room historic hotel and fine dining restaurant on Tasmania's West Coast, but their digital presence hadn't caught up. With a new website in development and peak season approaching, they needed premium visual content and a consistent social media strategy to match the experience they offer. The story of Franklin Manor simply wasn't being told.

That content powered a structured monthly social media management service across Instagram and Facebook, with Reels, carousels, and single images all written and designed in Franklin Manor's tone of voice.
