We embedded ourselves in the Coaldale Walnuts story, spending time on the farm in the Coal River Valley to understand not just what they do, but why they do it. Through interviews with Sophie and Brad, we uncovered stories that told us who Coaldale Walnuts is as a brand – the values, innovation, mission, and vision they see for their farm. The resulting brand documentary wove these elements into a narrative that positioned Coaldale Walnuts not as a commodity producer, but as innovative farmers crafting a premium product with purpose and passion. This authentic storytelling approach gave their audience something real to connect with – transforming customers into brand advocates who choose Coaldale not just for the product, but for the values and people behind it.
